Brief Description
Child Maltreatment will foster professional excellence in
the field of child abuse and neglect by reporting the latest
scientific information and technical innovations in a form that is
immediately useful to practitioners and policymakers. An
interdisciplinary journal, Child Maltreatment will serve as a
common ground for practitioners and researchers from mental health,
child protection, law, medicine, and allied disciplines. CM
will emphasize perspectives which have a rigorous scientific base,
yet are presented with clarity and in plain language.
