A typical visit or series of visits will include the following: a comprehensive history and physical examination of the head and neck, and may include radiographs, and laboratory studies. After a diagnosis has been established appropriate treatment will follow.

Fees will depend on the treatment required. Treatment is usually covered by medical insurance.
