The patient presented with a positive ppd test and was to have a chest film to rule out disease. The image was taken and the right neck artifact obtained. With the braids out of the way, the patient had a normal chest x-ray.

air disecting in the soft tissue, if film clips apex, parenchymal prrocess or pneumothorax( in the appropriate setting)
