From Des Moines . . .Take I-80 east to Iowa City; take exit 242. Follow First Avenue to Highway 6 and turn left. At the next stop light, you will turn right (Hawkins Drive) and follow the signs to the Dental Science Building.

From Burlington: Take Highway 34 west to Mount Pleasant. Follow 218 north to Iowa City. Continue on Riverside Drive; follow the signs to the Dental Science Building.

From Muscatine: Take Highway 22 west; follow to Highway 70. Take Highway 70 north to Highway 6. Follow Highway 6 into Iowa City; turn right onto Riverside Drive. Follow the signs to the Dental Science Building.

From the Quad Cities: Take I-80 west Iowa City; take exit 242. Follow First Avenue to Highway 6. Turn left and follow the signs to the Dental Science Building.

From Cedar Rapids: Take I-380 or U.S. 965 south to I-80. Take I-80 east to Iowa City; take exit 242. Follow First Avenue to Highway 6. Turn left and follow the signs to the Dental Science Building.

Parking

Patients and visitors to the Dental Science Building may park in the Visitor's Parking Lot located next to the Dental Science Building. An hourly rate is charged.

Cambus:

These yellow buses serve the University and downtown areas of Iowa City. Both the "red route" and the "blue route" buses will stop at the Dental Science Building on Newton Road. They are free of charge.

Coralville Transit:

These blue buses serve the Coralville community. Every Coralville Transit bus will stop at the Dental Science Building on Newton Road.

Iowa City Transit:

These buses serve the Iowa City community. The "Westwinds", "Plaenview" and the "Manville Heights" routes will stop at the Dental Science Building on Newton Road.

Transportation from other areas
